 Unicorn Butterfly Tequila

Unicorn Butterfly Pea Tequila is an all-natural, color-changing mixto tequila, handcrafted in small batches for a truly one-of-a-kind cocktail experience. Our tequila is proudly produced in partnership with family-owned Casa Maestri, located in Jalisco, Mexico.

Nose & Taste: A soft floral aroma, vibrant agave, and sweet citrus flavor profile, a pleasant finish — and pours cobalt blue in color.

La Luna Mezcal

This is all wild Agave Cupreata that we roast for much longer, and (fully matured) capon. We let the agave rest a week after roasting, used much more bagazo in the tinas for the fermentation, waited longer for it to ferment, applied only gentle touches at initiation of fermentation, and then distilled with different cuts. Overall this mezcal expression is a beautiful roller coaster.

Nose: Passion fruit, lemon evergreen, pineapple.

Taste: Cigar leaf, resin, mint, anise, slightly smoky.

Process: 120 hours cook time, 48 hours rest time post cooking, & 240 hours fermentation time.

 Laphroaig Select

It is only fitting that the perfect introduction to peated whisky draws from a broad range of casks in our storehouse. Sweet and smooth, Laphroaig® Select tells our two-hundred-year history of passionate distilling in every dram. To create the Laphroaig® Select blend, our Master Distiller hand-selected whiskies aged in Oloroso sherry butts, first-fill ex-Bourbon quarter casks and Pedro Ximenez sherry hogsheads at different levels of maturation. Finished in virgin American oak barrels – a rare wood source for Scotch whisky. Our most laid-back expression lets our signature flavours of medicinal peat smoke and seaweed shine, leaving plenty of room for notes of red fruit, lime, and a floral finish.

Nose: Forward peat smoke followed quickly by ripe red fruits.

Taste: Sweet at first, followed by peat smoke and dashes of ash and seaweed.

Finish: Long finish with lingering floral notes. Touches of marzipan and lime.

Bulleit Bourbon

Bulleit Bourbon is inspired by the whiskey pioneered by an old family recipe over 150 years ago. Only ingredients of the highest quality are used. The subtlety and complexity of Bulleit comes from its unique blend of rye, corn, & barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone filtered water. Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit has a bold, spicy character with a finish that’s distinctively clean and smooth.

Nose: Medium amber in color, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas.

Taste: Mid-palate is smooth, with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg.

Finish: Long, dry, and satiny with a light toffee flavor
