Our cafe is home to a rotating crew of adorable, adoptable cats, all waiting to meet their forever humans. In partnership with local rescues, we provide a stress-free, cage-free environment where you can truly connect. Sit, sip, and snuggle, because every purr brings them one step closer to home.

More than a cafe, Whiskers and Wine Bar offers a full food menu with seasonal plates, craft cocktails, and a carefully curated wine list. Whether you're sipping a bold red with your brunch or enjoying a sunset dinner with feline company, your taste buds and heart will leave happy.

Rooftop Catio

Soak in San Diego's golden light on our one-of-a-kind rooftop catio, an open-air lounge where cats roam freely and guests enjoy panoramic views, cozy seating, and the occasional paw tap on your wine glass. It's the purrfect blend of relaxation, rescue, and rooftop magic.

  • Great place to hang out, have a drink, and let the kitties do their thing. Would be an epic way to sit and read a book. Music is playing but is not loud. Nice breeze blowing through the whole time. Happy to support the adoptable kitties and have some down time to chat and relax. 1st time but will be back. Can't wait to do cat yoga!!

  • So cute!!! They have rescued over 381 kittens! There are so many friendly cats. The layout is also really nice as there’s plenty of spots where the cats can relax, and there’s baskets of toys available for them! It’s really nice to spend time with the kitties while having a bite or drink!

At Whiskers and Wine, we're redefining what a cat cafe can be. Our full-service kitchen and bar mean you can enjoy everything from brunch mimosas to date-night dinners, all in the company of adoptable cats. No coffee counter here, just elevated dining with a whiskered twist.

Open-air Rooftop Catio and Lounge

Our rooftop catio isn't just for the cats—it's a spacious, breezy retreat for guests, too. Lounge with a glass of wine, listen to soft music, and watch the cats explore their playground of sunbeams, tunnels, and towers. It's San Diego's most charming rooftop hideaway.

Cat Yoga

Join us on the weekends for a feline flow. Our cat yoga classes offer a peaceful, playful way to unwind as adoptable kitties weave through your poses. Suitable for all levels, with plenty of post-savasana snuggles included.

Saturdays and Sundays at 10 am

Happy Meower

It’s like happy hour, but with way more cats! Visit us Tuesday through Friday from 4:00 to 5:15 pm and receive $2 off all food and drink items. Come for the cats, stay for the wine and cheese discounts!

Paint n Purr

Unleash your creativity with a paintbrush in one hand and a glass of wine in the other, plus a few curious cat assistants at your feet. Paint n Purr is our signature sip-and-paint night, guided by local artists and enhanced by purring inspiration.

Come check it out! Two stories, 20+ kitties, and a rooftop catio. The cuddles are better in purrson, but you'll get the idea. Located on the exciting Adams Ave street in North Park, San Diego, you can enjoy street fairs and events year-round, all within walking distance of our cat cafe and lounge. Stop by and say hi to the kitties during your San Diego adventure!

The Full Experience

We don't just feature fabulous felines, we also offer fantastic flatbreads and handcrafted cat-themed cocktails! It's a purrfectly paired feline experience. Join us for Happy Meower, Tuesday through Friday from 4:00 to 5:15pm to receive $2 off food and drinks!
